HW-G5/G7 220/380V Square Plates Concrete Grinder

New HW-G5/G7 doesn’t leave trace on floor. The old products usually leaves trace on floor, this is because the disc plates don’t cross very well, which is not seen in coarse grinding, but in finish grinding.

HONWAY grinding and polishing machine with the square plate is a good solution to break up the deposits of grease, dirt and industrial contaminants, and to level up the uneven surface, Square plate series is suitable for preheat and level the concrete surface before epoxy coating.

HW-G5, 10hp, grinding width 600mm, 4 grinding plates, 12 pieces of diamond tool. With the magnetic disk and Velcro, It is very easy and shift to change diamond tool. The design of square disc plate could 100% touch wall and grind corner. HONWAY square plates would not leave trace on floor, as I know some machines like HW-G5 usually leaves trace on floor, which is caused by the design problem, as the disc plate can’t cross very well. HW-G5 would have not this problem.

HW-G7 has the quickest motor speed, from 300 to 1800rpm, so it is most powerful machine in HONWAY grinding and polishing equipment, it is good for grinding and polishing in large area, and greatly consume time and labor.
